REFUND Policy

At GGKONCEPTS, every print is handled with care and packed for safe delivery. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong item

  • no longer wanting the piece

  • issues related to personal preference

  • slight color variation between screen and print

2. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To review a damage claim, we require clear photos of:

  • the print

  • all packaging materials

  • the shipping label

If your claim is approved, GGKONCEPTS may offer either:

  • a replacement, if available

  • a refund, at our discretion

Claims submitted without photos, or submitted after 7 days from delivery, may not be accepted.

3. Lost or Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with:

  • household members

  • neighbors

  • the delivery carrier

If the issue continues, contact us and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for delivery issues once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

GGKONCEPTS is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

Dispatch and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other issues outside our control.

Shipping delays alone are not grounds for a refund.
