At GGKONCEPTS, every print is packed with care and shipped flat for protection. This page explains how shipping works, what to expect after placing an order, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Processing Time

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for packing and dispatch.

Each order is handled with care, and processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume, restocks, holidays, or other shop updates.

2. Domestic Shipping, United States

We currently offer free U.S shipping unless otherwise stated.

3. Canada Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available at checkout.

Canada shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping setup currently active on the site. Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, customs fees, or other charges required by their country.

4. Packaging

All prints are shipped flat in protective packaging to help them arrive safely.

Packaging may include protective sleeves, backing boards, rigid support, mailers, labels, and other materials chosen to reduce damage during transit.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, it will be provided once the package has been dispatched.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier handling, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.

Dispatch time and delivery time are not the same thing.

  • Dispatch time is how long it takes for GGKONCEPTS to pack and send your order

  • Delivery time is how long the shipping carrier takes to bring it to you

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

GGKONCEPTS is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Orders

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.

If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • around your delivery area

  • with neighbors

  • with household members

  • with the shipping carrier directly

If the issue continues, contact us through the site and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact GGKONCEPTS within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of:

  • the print

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

Approved damage claims may receive a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the specific situation.
